For the past week a movie crew has been filming in my town, working on a movie called “Believe.” They’re literally filming at the end of my block, right on the bridge, and as far as I can tell they’ve been working on a car chase scene or something like it. They’re filming at night too, so it’s a late night scene. I keep hearing sirens and they’re nothing like any of the sirens from in town, so I’m guessing they’re also in the movie. The movie locations are all from my town and a nearby city, though I have no idea what they’ll be called in the movie.

Also does anyone know of Cybill Shepherd? She was in the Walgreens where I worked yesterday; she’s in this movie it seems.

I’ve been getting these backaches lately and I can’t figure out why. They aren’t from how I sit or how much I stand, or from anything I do. I’ve tried using heat pads and they do nothing. The pain spreads from the sides of my hips at almost the base of my spine in to the spine and up about a quarter of the way up my back. Stretching doesn’t make a difference, so it’s not necessarily muscle cramps, and it’s like an actual pain…

I’m not sure what to do about it but I’d rather not see a doctor if I don’t have to. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

"That’s right! It was just a little joke afterall! And besides, you’re sniveling far too much for a real man…”
"That’s it! You step outside with me!"

Anonymous Hello, a non believer asked me why do God allow innocent children to die of famine or allowing all the terrible things happen in this world if he's the God of love? I never have the answer to this question how would you answer it?

This is one of the main arguments of non-believers. This is a real difficulty, but atheism is certainly not the answer.
The simplest answer to this question is sin and consequently the distance from God. If God is not the author of tragedy or evil or death, so where did they come from? Well, God has existed from eternity past as the Father, Son and Spirit, together in a relationship of perfect love. So love is the highest value in the universe. And when God decided to create human beings, he wanted us to experience love. But to give us the ability to love, God had to give us free will to decide whether to love or not to love. Why? Because love always involves a choice.
So in order for us to experience love, God bestowed on us free will. But unfortunately, we humans have abused our free will by rejecting God and walking away from Him. And that has resulted in the introduction the evil, that’s is the immorality and pain and suffering and tragedy that come because we choose to be selfish, arrogant, uncaring, hateful and abusive. Romans 3:23 says “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
So much of the world’s suffering results from the sinful action or inaction of ourselves and others. For example, people look at a famine and wonder where God is, but the world produces enough food for each person to have 3,000 calories a day. It’s our own irresponsibility and self-centeredness that prevents people from getting fed.

However, we can never give a complete answer to this question simply because we cannot stand in the shoes of God, we don’t have God’s mind. We don’t see with God’s eyes. First Corinthians 13:12 says, “Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.”
Jesus was honest. He told us the truth. He said in John 16:33, “You will have suffering in this world.” He didn’t say you might – he said it is going to happen.
The world is now under God’s Curse (Genesis 3:17) because of man’s rebellion against God’s Word. This “bondage of corruption,” with the “whole world groaning and travailing together in pain” (Romans 8:21-22), is universal, affecting all men and women and children everywhere. God did not create the world this way, and one day will set all things right again. In that day, “God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain” (Revelation 21:4). x x

A limerick:

Doesn’t look like a limerick to you? Try this:

A dozen, a gross, and a score
Plus three times the square root of four
Divided by seven
Plus five times eleven
Is nine squared and not a bit more.

So that anon I answered last night about “strong female heroines”…?

Somehow it’s got over 130 notes.

Anonymous Honeydew Kiwi Apple

Honeydew:You fascinate me.

Kiwi:Love your blog, equally interested in you as a person.

Apple:I would really like to talk to you, but I never will initiate it.

Really? Thank you so much!

It’s unfortunate that you won’t initiate it, but that’s all right. Don’t force yourself! I’d like to know who you are but again, if you don’t feel like saying then don’t worry!

Anonymous People asking for a "strong female heroine" and I'm sitting here like "I hate that term so much". It tells me a female character is ONLY likable is she's """strong""" .Mean while, male characters get to be this and that and receive little to no hate, but if a female character is anything but 'strong', she's useless and unlikable

/insert slow applause/

I’d use a gif but I have none. Thank you. Thank you for saying it. I’m sorry this is super late a reply but THANK YOU SO MUCH.
